As we continue to expand our operations, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Finance Analyst to join our finance team.

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Finance Analyst to support our finance team in conducting financial analysis, preparing financial reports, and providing insights to drive strategic decision-making.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of financial principles, excellent quantitative skills, and the ability to communicate complex financial information effectively.

• Perform financial analysis to support strategic decision-making, including variance analysis, trend analysis, and scenario modeling.
• Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and presentations for internal stakeholders and senior management.
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
• Conduct ad-hoc financial analysis and research projects as required.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather financial data and insights.
• Identify areas for process improvement and optimization within the finance function.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in finance and incorporate findings into analysis and recommendations.
• Support the finance team in ad-hoc tasks and projects as needed.
• Collaborate with internal teams such as HR, operations, growth, and IT to optimize financial processes and systems across the organization.
• Work closely with the management team to develop long-term financial strategies aimed at sustaining and growing the Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field. MBA or professional certifications (e.g., CFA, CPA) are a plus.
• Proven experience of 2 years plus in a finance role.
• Strong analytical, problemsolving, and decisionmaking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Indepth knowledge of financial regulations, accounting principles, and best practices.
• Experience in startups is a plus.
