    Job Title: Digital Marketing Executive - Lead Generation

    Objective: Danush seeks a skilled Digital Marketing Executive to spearhead our lead generation efforts using Google Ads and other digital marketing platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing innovative digital marketing strategies to enhance our brand presence and drive business growth.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Design, implement, and manage campaigns on Google Ads and other digital marketing platforms.
    • Analyze and optimize campaigns continuously to increase the effectiveness of lead generation efforts.
    • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as click-through rates, conversion rates, and ROI to stakeholders.
    • Stay up-to-date with digital marketing trends and tools to ensure competitiveness in the marketplace.
    • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to align digital advertising strategies with overall business goals.
    • Manage budget allocation for digital marketing initiatives to maximize effectiveness and efficiency.
    • Develop content strategies for digital marketing channels to ensure engagement and brand consistency.
    • Engage in SEO/SEM initiatives to enhance online presence and search rankings.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
    • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in digital marketing, specifically with proven expertise in Google Ads and lead generation.
    • Strong analytical skills with a data-driven mindset.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
    • Familiarity with digital marketing tools and software, including CRM platforms and SEO/SEM tools.

    Preferred Skills:

    • Certification in Google Ads or other digital marketing platforms.
    • Experience with A/B testing and other testing metrics.
