    Responsibilities:

    Conduct outbound calls to potentail clients and effectively communicate product or service offerings.

    Identify and quality leads through proactive engagement and follow-up calls.

    Provide information about products/services, answer inquiries, and address customer concerns.

    Maintain accurate and detailed records of calls and customer interaction in the database.

    Collaborate with the sales team to achieve targets and contribute to overall team success.

    Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends to provide relevant information to customers.

    Follow scripts and guidelines to ensure consistency and professionalism in communication.

    Generate reports on all activities, leads, and conversions for regular performance evaluation.

    Build and maintain positive relationships with clients to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.

    Stay abreast of market developments and competitor activities to adjust strategies accordingly.

    Requirements

    Excellent verbal communication skills and a pleasant phone demeanor.

    Proven experience in telemarking or customer service roles.

    familiarity with CRM software and data entry for maintaing accurate records.

    ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.

    Goal-oriented mindset with a focus on meeting abd exceeding targets.

    Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills.

    Time management skills to priortize tasks and meet deadlines.
