    JobDescription: Our Client islooking for a dynamic and resultsoriented Senior Sales Executive tolead their sales efforts in Nepal. The ideal candidate will beresponsible for establishing and maintaining relationships with keystakeholders in the retail educational and recreational sectors.This individual will play a crucial role in promoting our boardgames securing distribution partnerships and driving revenue growthin the Nepalese market.
    Responsibilities:
    • Develop and executecomprehensive sales strategy to penetrate the Nepalese market andachieve revenue targets.
    • Identify andprioritize key accounts including retail store recreationalfacilities cafes hotels to promote and sell our Mount Everest boardgame.
    • Build and maintain strong relationshipswith decisionmakers influencers and other stakeholders in theNepalese gaming industry.
    • Conduct productpresentations and demonstrations to educate potential customersabout the features and benefits of our board game.
    • Collaborate closely with the marketing team todevelop promotional materials sales collateral and targetedcampaigns to support sales efforts in Nepal.
    • Monitor market trends competitive activitiesand customer feedback to identify opportunities for productimprovement and business growth.
    • Provideregular sales forecasts reports and updates to the management teamhighlighting achievements challenges and action plans.
    • Represent the company at industry events tradeshows and networking functions to expand brand awareness andgenerate sales leads.

    Requirements:
    • Bachelor s degree inbusiness administration Marketing or related field.
    • Proven track record of success in sales andbusiness development preferably in the gaming or entertainmentindustry.
    • Strong interpersonal skills with theability to build rapport and trust with diverse audiences.
    • Fluent in both Nepalese and English withexcellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • Strategic thinker with the ability to analyzemarket data identify trends and develop actionable insights.
    • Selfmotivated and resultsdriven with a passionfor exceeding sales targets and driving business growth.
    • Ability to work independently andcollaboratively in fastpaced entrepreneurial environment.
    • Willingness to travel within Nepal as neededto meet with clients attend events and support sales activities.
