    JOB DESCRIPTION:

    We are seeking a Senior React Native Application Developer who will be responsible for working on large-scale applications and serving as Subject Matter Expert (SME) in React Native. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of React Native development principles and extensive experience in building robust mobile applications.
    Key Skills:

    1. React Native Expertise: The candidate should possess a strong command of React Native development concepts and best practices. They should have a proven track record of successfully delivering high-quality mobile applications using React Native framework.
    2. Large-Scale Application Development: Experience in working on large-scale applications is essential. The candidate should be comfortable handling complex projects and capable of addressing scalability and performance challenges.
    3. Subject Matter Expertise (SME) in React Native: The candidate should be considered an expert in React Native development. They should demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of React Native ecosystem, tools, and libraries.


    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deploy React Native applications.
    • Lead the development efforts on large-scale projects, ensuring code quality, scalability, and performance.
    • Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in React Native, providing guidance and mentorship to junior developers.
    • Experience in React Native and cross platform application development like IOS and Android.
    • Experience with state management libraries such as Redux or MobX.
    • Familiarity with native development tools like Xcode and Android Studio.
    • Ability to write clean, maintainable, and efficient code.
    • Understanding of RESTful APIs and asynchronous programming.
    • Knowledge of mobile UI/UX principles and best practices.
    • Experience with debugging and performance optimization techniques.
    • Continuously updating skills and staying abreast of latest React Native developments and trends.
    • Review code written by team members, provide constructive feedback, and ensure coding standards and best practices are followed.


    Requirements

    • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
    • The ideal candidate should have 5 + years of experience in developing mobile and web applications using React Native.
    • Experience working on large-scale projects, handling complex requirements, and optimizing performance.
    • Experience with popular workflows (such as Flux or Redux).
    • Familiarity with native build tools, like XCode, Gradle, Android Studio.
    • Solid understanding of the full mobile development life cycle.
    • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
    • Experience with Agile methodologies is a plus.
