Tele Sales& Customer Support1 3 Years Experience Work from Office HaystackAnalytics is lookingfor a dedicated and hardworking graduate as a Telecaller to join our Relationship Management team. Your main goal isto boost our sales by reaching out to the existing customers aswell as potential customers. The candidate must bewilling to work outside their safe zones dealing with the fastpacednature of startups and working with people in an amicable way. Inaddition to being an excellent communicator the candidate shouldhave excellent multitasking and organizationalabilities.

Responsibilities

Answering phones and explaining the product and services offered bythe company. Contacting existing customersas well as prospective customers using scripts. Obtaining customer information and otherrelevant data. Resolving queries and issuesrelated to the products and services. Making recordings of all the sales phone calls and sales deals. Taking and processing product orders in aprofessional manner. Maintaining thedatabase of the customers on a regular basis. Connect with the end customer and resolvetheir concerns Confirm whether all reportsare being released on time internally and from partner labs

Skill

Work experience as a Tele callerTelemarketer or a similar role in the Sales Department. Professional certification in sales andmarketing will be an advantage. Great interpersonal skills. Exceptionaloral and written communication skills. Strong organizational skills. Ability towork in a team or individually as and when required. Ability to manage and handle multipletasks. Outstanding problemsolving skills. Exceptional attention to detail. Hardworking individual. Good time management abilities. Strong decisionmaking skills. Ability to tolerate stress and pressure.
