Roles & Responsibilities :-

• Oversee the assembly/disassembly of molds and tooling on machinery and process equipment.
• Fitting and assembly of tooling and moulds to engineering drawings
• Complete and document mold testing.
• Using hand tools to fit and assemble components.
• Using pillar drills, deburing tools and grinding wheels where necessary.
• Use engineering measuring equipment where necessary.
• Drilling and tapping of components where necessary
• Regulate molding settings and their optimal adjustment.
• Oversee production startup/stoppage according to the schedule.
• Identify and analyze problems, and provide effective solutions throughout the production process.
• Conduct minor maintenance on machines and equipment, and supervise staff on the shift.

Required Candidate Profile:-

• Hold a secondary school/ Diploma in Plastic Technology and regulating of molding machines, or an equivalent.
• Have 3-6 years of experience in plastic injection molding.
• Have sufficient knowledge of CNC/VMC Machine.
• Training in plastic materials processing an asset.
• Communication and teamwork skills.
