Job Objective:
Trinity is seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst (SBA) candidate to join the Business Intelligence practice and contribute through the innovative solutions

Provide insights through data analyses and visualization for small to large datasetsAbility to translate a Business Questions into Analytics Problem to develop business rules, process flow and methodology for analysisAnalyses to include tabulations/summarizing as well as using basic statistical methodsWork with team to execute Adhoc/ Regular projects using secondary data analysisRequirements:Experience:
2-4 years of experience in Biopharma, Healthcare AnalyticsQualifications:
Bachelor's degree, preferably B. Tech/ B.
Pharma, MBA preferredTechnical Skills:
Technically Strong – MUST – Experience in working on database query (SQL) and visualization tools like Tableau is must. Other visualization tools Power Bi, Spotfire hands-on experience will be an added advantage.
Must have experience in building the end-to-end data pipelines and data models for reporting needs.
Must be well verse with Advanced excel and PowerPointGood to have hands-on exposure to the data-warehouse.
Good to have – R, SAS, SPSS, Alteryx, Matillion working experience etc.
Domain:
Have reporting experience in working on Patient level data analytics (RWD Data Lake, Humedica through redshift, Optum/ DRG Claims)Hands on experience in analyzing IMS data (patient insights, MIDAS) as well as syndicated reports and datasets (DRG, Data Monitor, Evaluate Pharma, Kantar health etc.)Exposure to Pharma/ healthcare Analytics Preferred– Marketing analytics (Market assessment; Forecasting; competitive intelligence), Sales Analytics (sizing, structuring, segmentation) etc.
Additional Skills:
