    We are seeking a Customer Care Executive to join our team at GoodVibes Placement Services. As a Customer Care Executive, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing exceptional customer service. This is a full-time position based in Bangalore, Karnataka, India with an expected salary range of market competitive. We are looking for candidates with less than 1 year of experience and a passion for delivering excellent customer experiences.

    Roles and Responsibilities

    • Handle customer inquiries via phone calls, emails, and chat
    • Provide personalized and exceptional customer service
    • Resolve customer issues and complaints efficiently and effectively
    • Ensure timely and accurate responses to customer queries
    • Maintain a high level of product knowledge to provide accurate information to customers
    • Coordinate with internal teams to address customer needs and escalate complex cases
    • Upsell and cross-sell products and services to customers
    • Manage and update customer databases
    • Follow company policies and procedures for customer interaction
    • Meet individual and team performance targets
