    Software Developer- Frontend

    We are seeking an experienced and motivated Software Developer to join our dynamic development team.

    About the Role

    The ideal candidate will have a strong background in object-oriented programming, particularly JavaScript and Java, and will possess excellent problem-solving abilities.

    You will work on a variety of projects involving integration, web application development, and supporting systems, with a focus on delivering high-quality, scalable solutions.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Develop, test, and maintain web applications using Java, JavaScript, and Groovy (optional).
    • Troubleshoot and resolve software issues quickly and effectively.
    • Integrate various software applications and services, leveraging RESTful APIs.
    • Design, implement, and optimize software components with a focus on performance and scalability.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams using tools like Jira, Confluence, GitHub, and Jenkins.
    • Maintain high standards of code quality through best practices and documentation.
    • Continuously contribute to team improvement through feedback, knowledge sharing, and participation in code reviews.
    • Participate in Agile development cycles, including planning, development, testing, and deployment.
    • Work asynchronously with team members and deliver high-quality work independently.

    Required Qualifications

    • 5+ years of relevant development and support experience.
    • Proficiency in at least one Object-Oriented Programming language (Java, JavaScript, etc.).
    • Strong foundation in JavaScript and Java application development.
    • Advanced problem-solving and analytical abilities, with strong attention to detail.
    • Solid understanding of troubleshooting procedures and ability to resolve issues promptly.
    • Experience in using and extending RESTful services and integrating applications.
    • Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Experience with Groovy language and related libraries.
    • Experience in designing, constructing, testing, and optimizing web applications.
    • Proficiency in tools such as Jira, Confluence, GitHub, and Jenkins.
    • Contributions to open-source projects or a well-maintained GitHub profile showcasing work.
    • Participation in coding challenges or platforms like HackerRank, Codewars, etc.
    • Experience with custom solutions for Jira and Confluence.
    • Database administration experience.
    • Knowledge of UI framework testing tools.
    • Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
