Job Responsibility:

· Product design and development of Sealing, Aluminum, Plastic trims

· Master section creation and validations, Benchmarking

· Styling validation for technical requirement.

· Function knowledge of Sealing, Trims (Fitment, Water leakage tightness, Aero Acoustics appearance)

· Sealing manufacturing Knowledge - Material, Profiles extrudes, Moulds, Fixation methods

· Good experience on handling the development topics with Supplier

· Stake holder management – Suppliers, Plant, Simulation, Manufacturing, Vehicle integration, Purchase, Cost controlling etc.

· Exposure on hardware builds, Prototypes

· Ensure quality and timelines of every deliverables in the projects.

· Good knowledge with hands on experience in NX Unigraphics

· Change Management

B.E/M.E/B.Tech/M.Tech (Mechanical/Production/Automobile/Industrial)
