- Travel extensively for servicing/commissioning/troubleshooting at customer site.
- Responsible for all site activity for erection/installation/commissioning.
- Report Preparation for site activity and getting acknowledgement from customer.
- Coupling Alignment at site both Laser/dial type.
- Customer Compliant follow up & closing
- Scheduling and Visiting for AMC visit with customer
- Motivate customer for AMC and following up and getting AMC order
- Onsite Monitoring & troubleshooting of pumps & systems
- Invoice Submission for chargeable visit & payment follow up.
- Spare Enquiry generation & submission of offer.
- Guide & supporting service technician on technical issues.
- Service / Spares payment follow ups
