- Lead and mentor the Business Reporting and Insights team to develop and implement advanced data analytics practices and strategies.
- Upgrade the existing reporting framework by incorporating cutting-edge data analytics techniques and technologies.
- Strong understanding of Math, Statistics and the theoretical foundations of Statistical & Machine Learning, Parametric and Non-parametric models.
- Experience training and evaluating ML models. Perform statistical analysis of results and refine models
- Strong understanding of advanced data mining techniques, curating, processing and transforming data to produce sound datasets.
- Strong understanding of the Machine Learning lifecycle - feature engineering, training, validation, scaling, deployment, scoring, monitoring, and feedback loop.
- Understanding of NLP techniques for text representation, semantic extraction techniques, data structures, and modeling
- Use various statistical techniques and ML methods to perform predictive modeling/classification for problems around client, distribution, sales, client profiles, segmentation and provide relevant & actionable recommendations/insights for the business.
- Stronghold on Visualization tool (or libraries) like SAS Visual Analytics, Tableau, Python, etc.
- Expert in working on Statistical tools (Python/R/SAS).
- Experience with cloud computing infrastructure like AWS/Azure/GCP.

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Computer Science, Data Science, Business Analytics, etc.). A Master's degree is preferred.
- 8-10 years of progressive experience in data management, machine learning, data analytics, and architecture, with a proven track record of leadership in a similar capacity.
- At least 3-4 years of experience in Python/R/SAS for developing analytics led solutions.
- Strong understanding of Data designing, modeling, architecting, curation and end-to-end data management and automation
- Experience in reporting tools such as Tableau/Power BI etc. Exposure in data automation and creating data pipeline using ETL tools. In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with Tableau and AWS.
- Proficiency in machine learning and General AI applications within a business context.
- Strong understanding of data management principles, best practices, and data governance.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills to drive a data-driven culture and lead cross-functional initiatives.
- Ability to analyze complex data sets and translate insights into actionable business strategies.
- Certifications in relevant data management or data science fields.
- Experience in implementing data-related best practices and driving cultural change within an organization.
- Familiarity with a variety of data-related tools and technologies beyond Tableau and AWS.
