Production & Operations Manager – Bathroom Pod Manufacturing - Bangalore Rural - Sobha Ltd.

Description

We are setting up a state-of-the-art Bathroom Pod Manufacturing Facility to support high-rise residential developments — and we're looking for a seasoned Production & Operations Leader to lead this transformation.

This is a greenfield leadership role with full ownership of factory setup, production scale-up, hybrid construction integration (Precast + MIVAN), and operational excellence.

What We're Looking For

• 10–15 years of experience in:
• Bathroom Pods / Modular Construction
• Precast / IBS Manufacturing
• High-volume construction product manufacturing
• Proven greenfield factory setup experience
• Exposure to high-rise construction, preferably MIVAN integration
• Strong operational, technical & leadership capabilities
