    Rolesand Responsibilities:1.

    Manage Team and Drive Sales:
    Manage salesteam within assigned territory/region ensuring achievement ofmonthly & annual targets. Drivesales and business development initiatives in assigned accounts/channel partner and regions. Drive MOM(Month on month) & YOY (Year on year) salesgrowth. Lead and develop frontline salesteam setting goals and providing necessary support for performanceoptimization.2.


    BusinessAcquisition:
    Acquire additional businessverticals including affinity accounts and ruralportfolios. Strengthen existing customerrelationships while pursuing additional acquisitionopportunities. Execute new acquisitionstrategies and ensure effective dataanalysis. Convert accounts by capitalizingon affinity group opportunities and promoting Kotak Lifes servicestandards.3.


    RelationshipBuilding:
    Coordinate with OperationsUnderwriting Claims Marketing & Product Team of Kotak Lifeand Channel Partners. Maintain businesstrackers and provide regular productrelated support to the salesteam. Cultivate relationships with keypersonnel providing insights on industry developments andidentifying potential opportunities.
    Demonstrate strong interpersonal and relationshipbuildingskills. Key account management of allaccounts within the assignedgeography.
