    TIM Leisure Services Pvt. Ltd. as a Complete Hospitality company having Corporate Hotels and Service Apartment Rooms across Mumbai. Incorporated in the year 2005 as an integrated travel & hospitality company that is capable of providing all corporate-related travel solutions. We forayed into the Service Apartment segment in Mumbai with a small inventory and a dedicated workforce. We have succeeded in establishing ourselves as leaders in the Service Apartment business. Today we have the largest Inventory of Service Apartments in Mumbai and a presence in 10 other cities across India.

    Our newest addition is an Ultra Luxury Apartment in the heart of Gurugram & more Hotels & Service Apartments in the pipeline.

    Role Description

    This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Executive located in Gurugram. This position is responsible for generating leads, identifying prospective clients, and securing bookings through effective sales strategies and relationship building. The Sales Executive will work closely with the sales team, marketing department, and Operations team to achieve sales targets and exceed guest expectations.

    Key Responsibilities:

    1. Identify and cultivate new business opportunities through proactive prospecting, networking, and on Field Sales Calling.

    2. Build and maintain strong relationships with Corporate clients, travel agencies, and other key stakeholders in the hospitality industry.

    3. Conduct sales presentations, property tours, and site inspections to showcase the Service Apartment facilities, amenities, and services.

    4. Respond to inquiries, prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and finalize bookings to ensure revenue targets are met or exceeded.

    5. Provide timely and accurate sales reports, forecasts, and analyses to management to track performance and identify areas for growth.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree or higher in Business, Marketing, or a related field
    • Experience in sales
    • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients and colleagues.
    • Results-driven with a proactive and tenacious approach to sales, with a focus on achieving and exceeding targets.

    • Experience working in the travel industry is a plus
    • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed to accommodate client schedules and business demands.

    Candidates from Hotels, Hotel Marketing ,Travel Agency, Service Industry will be added advantage.
