    We are seeking adynamic and experienced Assistant Branch Manager specializing inGold Loans to join our team. The Assistant Branch Manager will playa pivotal role in the efficient operation of our branch focusing ongold loan services. This role requires exceptional leadershipskills a strong understanding of gold loan procedures and theability to drive business growth while ensuring excellent customerservice.

    Responsibilities:

    1. Branch OperationsManagement:
      • Oversee the daytoday operations of the branchensuring smooth functioning of all gold loanrelatedprocesses.
      • Monitor andmanage branch resources including staff equipment and inventory tooptimize efficiency and productivity.
      • Ensure compliance with company policiesprocedures and regulatory requirements related to goldloans.
    2. Customer ServiceExcellence:
      • Provide exceptional customer service by promptlyaddressing customer inquiries concerns and complaints related togold loans.
      • Foster acustomercentric culture within the branch aiming to build longtermrelationships with clients.
      • Conduct regular customer engagement activitiesto enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
    3. Salesand Business Development:
      • Drive business growth by actively promoting goldloan products and services to potentialcustomers.
      • Develop andimplement strategies to attract new customers and expand thebranchs gold loan portfolio.
      • Collaborate with the sales team to achievebranch targets and revenue goals.
    4. RiskManagement:
      • Assess and mitigate risks associated with goldloan operations including credit risk market risk and operationalrisk.
      • Ensure compliancewith risk management policies and procedures to safeguard theinterests of the branch and its customers.
      • Conduct periodic reviews and audits to identifypotential risks and implement appropriate controlmeasures.
    5. Team Leadership andDevelopment:
      • Lead motivate and mentor branch staff to achieveindividual and team performance targets.
      • Provide ongoing training and developmentopportunities to enhance the skills and knowledge of branchemployees.
      • Foster acollaborative and supportive work environment that encouragesteamwork and innovation.
    6. Reporting andAnalysis:
      • Prepare regular reports on branch performanceincluding loan disbursements collections andprofitability.
      • Analyze keyperformance indicators (KPIs) to identify trends opportunities andareas for improvement.
      • Utilize datadriven insights to make informeddecisions and optimize branch operations.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelors degree in BusinessAdministration Finance or related field.
    • Proven experience in gold loan operationspreferably in a managerial or supervisoryrole.
    • Indepth knowledge ofgold loan products processes and regulations.
    • Strong leadership skills with the ability toinspire and motivate a team.
    • Excellent communication interpersonal andnegotiation skills.
    • Soundunderstanding of risk management principles andpractices.
    • Proficiency inMS Office and banking software applications.
    • Ability to thrive in a fastpaced and dynamicenvironment.
