    Job Overview

    We are looking for a talented Recruiter to join our team at SaplingsHR. As a Recruiter, you will play a crucial role in finding and attracting the best talent for our clients in the Development sector, IT, and NBFC industries. This is a full-time position based in Gurgaon, Haryana, India. The ideal candidate will have 1 to 3 years of experience in recruitment.

    Qualifications and Skills

    • 1 to 3 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in the Development sector, IT, or NBFC industries
    • Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to assess candidates' qualifications and suitability for specific job requirements
    • Good knowledge of social media platforms and other recruitment tools
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
    • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
    • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field is preferred

    Roles and Responsibilities

    • Identify and source potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events
    • Screen and assess candidates' qualifications and suitability for specific job requirements
    • Conduct phone and in-person interviews to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit
    • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, interviewing, and making job offers
    • Build and maintain relationships with candidates and provide support throughout the hiring process
    • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and develop effective sourcing strategies
    • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment
