- Communicate with customers via phone, email and chat

- Work with internal departments to check the availability on portal
- Provide details and connect with the customer after sale.
- Fresher's are welcome however experience in travel industry will be a bonus towards the basic package.
- Excellent phone etiquette and excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multi-task, organize, and find the right trip for the customer.
- Communication Skills (English or Spanish)
- Experienced in BPO or any international company preferred
- Travel and tourism experience is a bonus

Description
Candidate will be taking care of the inbound calls that they will receive and understand the customer's requirement. They will need to understand the customer and accordingly book their ticket or hotel accommodation or may be even help them with necessary changes in their ticket.
