- Bachelor's degree in Education or a relevant field
- Valid teaching certification, preferably in the IB Early Years Programme
- 1-3 years of experience as an IB EYP Homeroom Teacher
- Passion for working with young children and understanding of their developmental needs
- Knowledge of the IB Early Years Programme framework and its implementation
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to create a positive and inclusive learning environment
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Flexibility to adapt to changing educational needs
- Collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively in a team
- Create and implement a developmentally appropriate curriculum based on the IB Early Years Programme framework
