    We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Manager HR for the manufacturing industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing various HR functions to support the organization's goals and objectives.


    Key Responsibilities:
    Recruitment

    • Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract and retain top talent.
    • Manage the endtoend recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding of new employees.
    • Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and ensure timely fulfillment of vacancies.
    Performance Management

    • Implement and administer performance management systems to evaluate employee performance and productivity.
    • Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on performance appraisal processes, goal setting, and feedback mechanisms.
    • Develop and implement performance improvement plans as needed to address performance issues.
    Training and Development

    • Identify training needs and develop training programs to enhance employee skills and competencies.
    • Coordinate training sessions and workshops on various topics, including technical skills, leadership development, and compliance training.
    • Evaluate training effectiveness and make recommendations for continuous improvement.
    Organizational Design, Development Initiatives

    • Collaborate with senior management to design and implement organizational structures and processes to support business growth and efficiency.
    • Lead organizational development initiatives, such as restructuring, succession planning, and change management projects.
    • Ensure alignment of organizational design with business objectives and employee needs.
    People and Culture

    Foster a positive work culture that values diversity, inclusion, and employee engagement.

    • Develop and implement initiatives to promote employee morale, teamwork, and worklife balance.
