    Description

    The Chief Executive Officer (CEO) will provide visionary leadership and strategic direction for the school's expansion and overall operations. They will develop and implement long-term goals, policies, and procedures in alignment with the school's mission and vision. He /She will oversee financial performance, investments, and other business ventures to ensure sustainability and growth. They will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, including investors, partners, and regulatory bodies. Leading and motivating the senior management group, they will cultivate a culture of excellence, creativity, and cooperation. Representing the school in public forums, conferences, and media engagements will also be their responsibility.

    The CEO will work closely with the board of directors, senior management team, staff, and

    stakeholders to achieve sustainable growth and impact in the education sector.

    Key Responsibilities:

    1. Strategic Leadership:

     Develop and communicate the organization's vision, mission, and strategic

    direction.

     Lead the development and implementation of strategic plans to achieve

    organizational goals and objectives.

     Identify emerging trends, opportunities, and challenges in the education

    sector and adapt organizational strategies accordingly.

    2. Organizational Management:

     Provide leadership and direction to the senior management team, fostering a

    culture of collaboration, innovation, and accountability.

     Oversee all aspects of organizational operations, including finance,

    administration, human resources, and program management.

     Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and organizational policies

    and procedures.

    3. Financial Management:

     Develop and manage the organization's budget, ensuring fiscal responsibility

    and sustainability.

     Identify and pursue diverse funding opportunities, including grants,

    sponsorships, donations, and partnerships.

     Monitor financial performance and implement strategies to optimize resource

    allocation and efficiency.

    4. Stakeholder Engagement:

     Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including government

    agencies, educational institutions, donors, partners, and community

    organizations.

     Represent the organization at conferences, events, and meetings to enhance

    its visibility and reputation.

     Advocate for policies and initiatives that advance the organization's mission

    and objectives.

    5. Program Development and Evaluation:

     Oversee the development, implementation, and evaluation of educational

    programs and initiatives.

     Ensure programs are aligned with best practices, standards, and the needs of

    target beneficiaries.

     Monitor program outcomes and impact, making data-driven decisions to

    enhance effectiveness and efficiency.

    6. Team Development and Management:

     Recruit, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of professionals,

    fostering a culture of continuous learning and growth.

     Provide leadership and support to staff, empowering them to achieve

    individual and organizational goals.

     Promote diversity, equity, and inclusion within the organization, ensuring a

    supportive and inclusive work environment.

    Qualifications:

     Proven experience 12+ years in executive leadership roles, preferably in the

    education sector or a related field.

     Demonstrated success in strategic planning, organizational development, and

    financial management.

     Strong understanding of educational trends, challenges, and opportunities, with a

    commitment to innovation and excellence.

     Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills, with the ability to

    engage and inspire diverse stakeholders.

     Visionary leadership with the ability to motivate teams, drive change, and achieve

    measurable results.

     Willing to travel pan India as and when required.

     Advanced degree (e.g., MBA, Ed.D., Ph.D.) in education, business administration, or

    a related field is preferred.
