Job summary
The Translations Global Lead will oversee the end-to-end translation and localization strategy for our global training platform ensuring world-class learning experiences across 15 languages.
- Own the global translation and localization roadmap for all learning products including courses assessments multimedia assets and platform UI/UX.
- Select onboard and manage translation/localization agencies language service providers LSPs freelance linguists negotiate contracts pricing models performance expectations conduct regular business reviews maintain high-quality reliable vendor relationships analyze user feedback error reports quality metrics continuously improve linguistic accuracy learner experience implement linguistic QA processes peer reviews automated checks sample audits implement emerging tools automation options process improvements enhance scalability efficiency work closely with instructional designers content creators regional teams product managers anticipate support multilingual needs serve central point contact localization inquiries training internal teams communicate timelines expectations updates stakeholders functions geographies track translation costs quality KPIs turnaround times productivity metrics present data-driven insights improvement recommendations leadership establish governance guidelines new content creation ensure global readiness
