Job summary

This is a full-time on-site role for an All-rounder Sous Chef located in Hyderabad. The Sous Chef will assist the Head Chef in preparing and presenting various types of dishes ensuring quality standards and creativity.

Responsibilities

  • Supervising kitchen staff
  • Maintaining food hygiene and safety standards
  • Monitoring ingredient stock and ensuring effective kitchen operations
