Description
Key Responsibilities:
o Collaborate with teams and other developers to design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain chatbots
o Use Artificial Intelligence, NLP technologies, and cognitive machine learning to develop chatbot applications
o Maintain and enhance chatbot platform to meet changing needs
o Integrate MS Teams chatbot solutions with multiple platforms
o Troubleshoot bots, debug, and deploy chatbots on various channels
o Refactor or reengineer chatbot applications as per requirements
o Enhance user effectiveness of chatbot with the help of advanced technologies
o Involve in all the stages of chatbot development from architecting to implementing
o Conduct Chabot demo/training and other activities
o Act as an expert on the various AI capabilities and actively participate in future product development opportunities
o Willing to work on other technology as well up-skill on new technologies as organisational demands
Knowledge and Skill Requirements:
o Experience in building AI-powered chatbots from scratch using AI, ML, and NLP technologies with one or more Chatbot frameworks like Microsoft Bots, Microsoft Teams bot, Microsoft bot composer, Microsoft Power virtual assistant.
o Sound knowledge of Microsoft AI/chatbot development landscape, tools and Microsoft AI/ML ecosystem
o In-depth knowledge of conversational designs, flow, and automated speech recognition
o Working knowledge of frontend technologies – HTML, CSS, JavaScript, typescript,JSON, and REST APIs. Sound knowledge on node js/c#/python
o Fundamental knowledge and experience in MySQL, MongoDB, cosmos, redis cache and other databses
