Position Overview:
Proactively identifying and pursuing opportunities to expand TICO's client base and collaborating with clients to identify their leadership needs.


Key Responsibilities:

• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
• Understand client needs, challenges, and strategic objectives to provide tailored solutions.
• Identify emerging trends and market opportunities to drive revenue growth.
• Collaborate with other partners and stakeholders to develop and execute strategic initiatives.
• Develop and execute comprehensive search strategies to identify and attract top executive talent.
• Lead and mentor a team of recruiters and researchers, providing the guidance and support necessary to ensure excellence in execution

Performance Metrics:

• Meet or exceed revenue targets and other key performance indicators.
• Ensure client satisfaction and retention through highquality service delivery.
• Uphold the firm's reputation for excellence, integrity, and professionalism in all interactions.

Qualifications:

• Master's degree in any discipline preferred.
• Experience of years with the last five to six years in a leadership role with a leading executive search firm.
• Demonstrated success in developing and nurturing client relationships, driving business growth, and delivering results.
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivateothers.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
• Deep industry knowledge and expertise in executive search methodologies and best practices.
