    Urgently looking for Sale Head for a Leading Mandate Realty Firm-Designation: Sales Head/City Head


    Department:
    Mandate (Should be able to travel within the city to manage all locations and CP's)

    Pune

    Max Age: 45 years


    Max Budget:
    Upto 27- LPA basis last drawn (-Slightly Negotiable)

    Job role:

    • Planning, implementing, managing and overseeing sales strategy
    • Responsible for the revenue target for the region/project
    • Create a high performing team
    • Training and coaching of the new and existing team members
    • Supporting problem resolution and decisionmaking
    • Conducting timely performance evaluations
    • Dealing with performance problems and terminations
    • Area Handling (Based on location)
    • Highly motivated and targetoriented leader who has extensive and sound
    • Relationship Management with Superiors, Developers & the Team experience,
    - with an outstanding past result.

    • On boarding new Developers and maintaining relationships with the existing
    • Developers with the company.
    • Accountable for Business Plans & Sales and report to AVP/Sales Head.
    • Market intelligence updates to be provided to the management of the
    - company.

    • Accountable for productivity of the employee and overall ROI too.
    • Responsible for SOPs of the company to be adhered to.
    • The individual should be able to achieve personal and team targets simultaneously.
    • Review financial reports and take necessary actions to ensure financial goals are met.
    • Should be responsible for handling a larger Team across entire territory.

    • Minimum of 10 years of experience and above in Real Estate sales or similar role
    • Experience with CRM software
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
