    Job Overview

    We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Account Administrator to join our team at Leostar Solutions. As an Account Administrator, you will be responsible for managing financial transactions, maintaining accurate records, and assisting with day-to-day accounting tasks. This is a full-time position based in Nagpur, Maharashtra, India.

    Qualifications and Skills

    • 1-3 years of experience in accounting or related field
    • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices
    • Proficiency in using accounting software such as Tally
    • Experience in stock mapping and site store administration
    • Understanding of Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) processes
    • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
    • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
    • Good communication and interpersonal abilities
    • Degree in accounting, finance, or a related field (preferred)

    Roles and Responsibilities

    • Manage financial transactions including accounts payable and accounts receivable
    • Prepare and maintain accurate financial records, ledgers, and reports
    • Assist in the preparation of financial statements and budgets
    • Monitor and reconcile bank statements and general ledgers
    • Process and review purchase orders, invoices, and payments
    • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies
    • Assist with payroll processing and employee expenses
    • Perform stock mapping and maintain inventory records
    • Collaborate with the finance team to improve accounting processes and procedures
    • Provide support during audits and contribute to the resolution of any accounting discrepancies
