- Responsible for planning, scheduling, and monitoring the production plan to ensure timely production improve factory utilization
- Responsible for creating a strategic forecast of product requirements at product category levels (including new products)
- Implement and enable comprehensive planning and execution process to deliver high customer service consistently
- Evolve and implement a consensus-based demand forecast and planning process at product category levels
- Lead the efforts to ensure collaborative forecasts include inputs, assumptions, and market assessments
- Design a material requirement plan at an operational and strategic level, to drive efficient inventory management
- Monitor the demand plan performance to provide detailed input to Sales and Marketing management for use in demand review and SCM meetings
- Identify future demand process improvements and modify processes, policies, and procedures as needed
