    You will be working as Senior Engineer-R&D at global grade 14 and will be part of Electrification business area for Distribution Solutions division based in Nashik, India. In this role you will be reporting to R&D Department Lead and will be responsible for leading a team of Research and Development (R&D) employees and supporting them in achieving the agreed R&D targets. Coaching and developing the team and helping to manage technologies, platforms and Intellectual Property (IP).

    Your responsibilities

    • Establishing and maintaining effective customer relationships to understand customer needs, promoting customer
    • Serving as technical resources for the team and providing technical support to internal and external contacts
    • Driving and fostering a culture of innovation within the team
    • Planning and ensuring an appropriate project for the team
    • Staying on top of technology, innovation ideas, customer and market development to provides inputs to projects
    • Building, developing and maintaining trust-based relationships with internal and external contacts

    Your background

    • Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
    • Minimum 7 to 10 years of experience in relevant field
    • Should be capable of independently writing well-structured and concise technical reports or scientific publications for both internal and external audiences
    • Excellent communication skills
