to independently manage simple projects as assigned by senior managers.proposals with defined research methodology to meet the study requirements, including data collection methodologies (online, telephone, in-person).questionnaires as per business requirements for simple and complex studieswith Operations Team for field planning and completion, including conducting preliminary data analysis for quality checks and pilot role of project manager on research studies, including being the point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, maintaining project documentation and data records.insightful reports and write actionable recommendations under the guidance of senior researchers in the teamupdated on relevant industry trends and news through external quality and address any inconsistencies or errors; Escalate necessary red flags with Operation Team POCmanagement, including timely communication of red flags, timeline delaysadvanced statistical techniques (regression analysis, factor analysis, conjoint relevant training opportunities and professional development activities.updated on emerging research tools and techniques within the field.a strong understanding of time management and organizational skills.collaboratively with research team members and other departments (marketing, product development, etc.).participate in project meetings and discussions.

or Master's degree in Statistics, Economics, Mathematics, or a related of experience in proposal writing, instrument drafting, data analysis, and report writing for primary research projectsExperience with data analysis tools such as SPSS, Pythonanalytical and critical thinking skills.communication and presentation work independently and as part of a team.
