- Total 6 years of IT experience with 3 years of managing MS W Win 11 Cloud PC
- Strong in technologies like Win Cloud PC Windows Virtual Desktop and Azure VDI
- Strong in administering VDI environment like AVDI and or Citrix on cloud
- Strong in Win 10 and Win 11 OS administration and troubleshooting issues to resolution Proficient in W cloud PC license management deployment of W Cloud PC
- Good understanding of Network Protocols ie vNET and other related to troubleshoot user related issues on accessibility of W PC
- Good knowledge on custom DNS servers necessary routing and firewall rule setting Good working knowledge on Azure AD
- Strong in application deployment methods in W PC
- Strong in MS Intune administration and MS Endpoint Manager
- Good in Patch Management process for End user workstations
- Should be capable of creating SOPs work instructions and processes related to this technology
- Should effectively communicate on Major Incident situations
- Capable to handle mass deployment of profiles for W PC
- Good knowledge on ITIL framework and ITILv4 Willing to work in 24x7 operating model
- W/Windows with Cloud PC experience.
