    Position Alliances - Business Development

    Regional Manager

    Level Based on the candidate's expertise, experience and current level

    Work Location BKC - Mumbai

    Nature of Work Monday to Friday Work from Office at BKC

    Job Role:
    Business Development across Banking and ND channels by product approvals and sales drives which leads to higher AUM share of these distributors


    Key Accountabilities:

    • Getting the relevant product approvals in place across channels.
    • Arranging regular Concalls / meetings for the Central & Sales team of distributors with the fund managers for market updates which also helps in pushing product empanelment.
    • Updating the product / research teams of these channels on existing products and new initiatives.
    • Doing Marketing activities with these channels which helps in brand building and top of mind recall.
    • Doing drives with these channels with relevant product ideas like SIPs / STPs / NFO etc.
    • Exclusive Fund tieups with the large Wealth Management outfits on equity and fixed income space.
    • Keeping our internal sales teams updated on what is the thought process / focus of these channels and hence giving direction on where to put their energies on.
    • Keeping track of competition strategies and pricing across the channels and reviewing ours on a real time basis.
    • Ensuring higher market share across asset category AUMs.
    Job Requirement.

    Educational Qualifications - MBA

    Years of Experience - 7+ years

    • Communication skills
    • Written and Verbal
    • Indepth Product Knowledge
    • NISM V A Certification is compulsory
