- Getting the relevant product approvals in place across channels.
- Arranging regular Concalls / meetings for the Central & Sales team of distributors with the fund managers for market updates which also helps in pushing product empanelment.
- Updating the product / research teams of these channels on existing products and new initiatives.
- Doing Marketing activities with these channels which helps in brand building and top of mind recall.
- Doing drives with these channels with relevant product ideas like SIPs / STPs / NFO etc.
- Exclusive Fund tieups with the large Wealth Management outfits on equity and fixed income space.
- Keeping our internal sales teams updated on what is the thought process / focus of these channels and hence giving direction on where to put their energies on.
- Keeping track of competition strategies and pricing across the channels and reviewing ours on a real time basis.
- Ensuring higher market share across asset category AUMs.
