    • Distribution of officestationery.
    • Handle courierdispatch.
    • Facilitate business cardprinting

    III.Housekeeping Requests:
    • Arrange waterbottles for guests.
    • Manage food requirementsfor special guests postapprovals.
    • ManageF&B requirements for townhalls/companyevents.
    • Planning and implementing alltownhallrelated activities related toadmin

    IV.Adhoc Tasks by MarketingTeam:
    • Provide printing support formarketingmaterials.

    V.Travel Management:
    • Handle travel andhotel bookings for all employees in Bangalore Ahmedabad andUAE.
    • Verify bills as per companypolicy.

    VI.TV Management:
    • Prepare update slidesfor TV
    • Manage tech. Issues wrt keeping officeTV soperational.

    VII.ContractNegotiation:
    • Find vendors and obtainquotes contracts adhering to Klubspolicies.

    VIII.Seating Management:
    • Oversee andensure adherence to seating plans in alloffices.
