    A sales professional with exceptional market understanding, responsible for generating enquiries through various activities such as employment exchanges, job fairs, and outreach to unorganized sector workforce.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Maintain an in-depth knowledge of the local micro-market, including prospects, ecosystem, and stakeholder relationships.
    • Engage graduates, build relationships, and generate a database of eligible candidates through extensive travel and outreach efforts.
    • Develop and expand locations to generate leads and create a pool of potential customers.
    • Manage daily activities, update systems regularly, and contribute to batch occupancy and launch.

    Essential Skills:

    • Sales acumen and goal-oriented approach.
    • Excellent customer focus, communication, and influencing skills.
    • Self-motivated, energetic, and high on integrity.
