Quality Manager (Factory Supervision) The Quality Manager for Factory Supervision plays a critical role in ensuring that manufacturing processes meet stringent quality standards and compliance regulations. - 5+ years of experience in quality management within a manufacturing environment.
- Strong understanding of quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001).
- Experience with tools such as Six Sigma or Lean Manufacturing.
- Proficient in statistical analysis and quality control tools.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work collaboratively across departments.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical capabilities.
- Familiarity with regulatory requirements and compliance protocols.
- Experience in conducting trainings and workshops.
- Proficient in using quality management software.
