ServCrust is a fast growing technology startup founded with the vision to enable India to create better infrastructure by embedding digitisation and technology across the value chain and lifecycle of infrastructure projects.

About the role:

As a Data Science Expert, you will drive data-driven decision-making across the organization. You will be responsible for designing and implementing cutting-edge machine learning models, analyzing complex datasets, and providing actionable insights to various stakeholders. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to solve challenging business problems and drive innovation through advanced analytics techniques.

KRAs:

· Collaborate with strategy, data engineering, and marketing teams to understand and address the business requirements using advanced machine learning and statistical models.

· Analyze large spatiotemporal datasets to identify patterns and trends and provide insights for business decision-making.

· Design and implement algorithms for predictive and causal modeling.

· Evaluate and fine-tune model performance.

· Communicate the recommendations based on the insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Requirements:

· 3+ years of experience in data science

· Experience in geospatial data science is an added advantage

· A bachelor's or master's degree in computer science or statistics or related field

· Proficient in Python (Pandas, Numpy, Sci-Kit learn, PyTorch, StatsModels, Matplotlib, and Seaborn); experience in Geo-Pandas and Shapely is an added advantage

· Good communication and presentation skills
