The Vesicular Arbuscular Mycorrhizae (VAM) Manager will oversee the process & production of VAM products. This position focuses on VAM manufacturing process & product sustainability & productivity. The VAM Manager will work closely with team to implement and optimize VAM technology for improved outcomes

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Lead the development of VAM, including strain, cultivation, and formulation.
• Conduct testing to optimize VAM process.
• Collaborate with R&D teams to explore product quality.
• Identify innovative methodologies and technologies to increase VAM production efficiency & monthly/yearly production target.
• Oversee the entire production cycle of VAM, from inoculum development to packaging.
• Ensure VAM operation adheres to quality and safety standards and meets regulatory compliance.
• Manage and monitor production metrics, troubleshoot issues, and implement improvements.
• Work with plant team to ensure the availability of raw materials & packaging materials.
• Develop and maintain a robust quality assurance program for VAM production.
• Conduct regular quality tests and analyses on VAM products.
• Implement corrective actions for quality issues and ensure products meet regulatory standards.
• Ensure & maintain all regulatory data & compliance.
• Prepare detailed reports on production, quality, and material usage.
• 100 % compliance with ERP entries.
