Regional Technology Manager - Bengaluru, India - JLL

Description

Potential requirements include but are not limited to the following:Maintain the JLL technology platform across the client accountTake lead in coordinating with SAPs own or procured technologies for workplace operationsProvide first line support and expertise as required by the client and JLLConduct training related to technology toolsReview data for accuracy and work with business service teams to ensure data qualityRegular tracking of trend and usage of technology tools where applicableWork on continuous improvement of the implemented Technology PlatformsManage change control process (WRT technology transition)

Develop a timeline and cadence:
Establish a timeline and cadence for achieving strategic objectives.
Conduct user acceptance testing and prepare the release plans for new launchesAct as a key resource to communicate with stakeholders, business transition team, business, and IT managementAssist in documenting business needs and identify appropriate technology solutions in consultation with JLLTMaintain client KPI (WRT to Technology)

Preferred qualifications:
Knowledge and experience in managing the technology platformsAwareness of JLL technology platformsUnderstanding and drive to seek quality data from multiple sourcesAbility to communicate and work with teams across diverse cultural backgroundsLocation:On-site –Bengaluru, KA
