    Job Title: Chartered Accountant

    Job Description

    We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Chartered Accountant to join our team. The

    successful candidate will be responsible for conducting RERA audits, RERA compliances, income tax returns, tax audits, and statutory audits for various clients. This role involves overseeing the accounting team, ensuring compliance, preparing financial reports, and maintaining the highest

    standards of accuracy and integrity in financial management.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Conducting RERA audits and making sure that clients are compliant with MAHA-RERA certifications.
    • Filing income tax returns and carrying out tax audits for various clients. Performing statutory and other audits for a diverse clientele.
    • Supervising the accounting team to ensure their work is accurate and timely. Preparing monthly financial reports and managing online banking payments. Ensuring compliance with state revenue service and other regulatory bodies.
    • Providing accounting and reporting support, including budget reports, balance sheet analysis, and P&L reviews.
    • Proactively resolving issues, providing feedback, and developing solutions to improve processes. Attending necessary training and participating in professional development opportunities.
    • Maintaining confidentiality according to data protection guidelines.
    • Acting as a liaison between clients and the firm to ensure effective communication. Mentoring and training junior team members.

    Qualifications:

    • Certified Chartered Accountant (CA) with a valid membership number.
    • Minimum 3 years of experience in accounting, with a strong focus on audits and compliance. Proficient in financial reporting, tax planning, and regulatory compliance.
    • Exceptional analytical skills and attention to detail.
    • Strong leadership qualities and the ability to manage a team effectively. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and accounting software. Ability to work independently and as part of a dynamic team.
    • Committed to professional ethics, integrity, and continuous improvement.

    Job Type: Full–Time

    Remuneration: As per the industry standards.

    Benefits: PF (Provident Fund), PT (Professional Tax).
