Role Description :

As a VBCS Consultant, you will be responsible for advising clients on best practices in workforce management, hiring, and nurturing employee growth.

You will work with companies looking to set up technology captives in India and help them succeed with minimal risk.

Your role will involve following a "Customer First" approach and implementing flexible engagement models to meet clients' strategic business goals.

You will contribute to seamlessly scaling their technology operations, driving continuous innovation, faster time to market, and improved customer satisfaction.

Applications with experience ranging from 7 to 10 years and should :

Have handson experience in integrating and extending Oracle ERP Cloud applications (Financials,SCM)
Have experience (In-Depth Understanding of Data Model and Business process functionality and related data flow) in Oracle ERP Cloud applications (Finance or Supply chain)
Have experience in one of the PaaS components, namely, OIC, VBCS, DBCS/ATP, Storage Cloud Service
Have experience in Interfaces in and out of ERP cloud: FBDI, HDL, ADFDI, BIP, OTBI, as well as Web Services (SOAP & REST)
Have development experience in Integration and extensions using Java/Java Script/VBCS
Have experience in writing efficient and optimized code and understanding of performance tuning techniques
Have understanding of Cloud Integration strategies (Cloud to Cloud, Cloud to Ground) and Extensibility strategies as a plus

Your Responsibilities :
As an integral part of the Oracle ERP Cloud Development Team, you will be responsible for the following :
