    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

    Enterprise Budgeting

    Budget management @ enterprise level from planning, utilization, prediction, report generation and other tasks

    Capex and Opex management

    Calculation of run rate and burn rate vs. allocated budgets, prepare variance report

    Provisioning and other book-keeping for ongoing contracts

    Supervising the PR/PO process for vendors

    Coordinate and Leads the annual operating plan & overall budget planning

    Manage or perform periodical or adhoc financial data analysis, queries, reconciliations and reports as needed by Senior Management

    PMO

    • Administration of a process for reporting progress on key project metrics including preparation and circulation of Periodic Project Status Reports (including risks and issues) for key Strategic Projects
    • Maintaining a document repository of policies and procedure
    • Custodian of master copies of key project documents
    • Assist and train and train team members to follow project management processes and build buy-in to the defined process
    • Periodically Review and improve upon the Project Management methodology/SDLC
    • Review/inspect projects for adherence to Project Management Process
    • Reinforce Project Project Management process adherence
    • Good knowledge and handling of project and program management methodology and techniques
    • A good understanding of the wider objectives of the program (Business Understanding)
    • The ability to work positively with the wide range of individuals involved in program management
    • Strong leadership and management skills
    • The ability to find innovative ways to resolve problems
    • IT audit management
    • Creation of Knowledge Management method for policies/process
    • Process compliance tracking and reporting
    • Representation to key review/committee meetings
    • Annual strategy planning for IT functions
    • Identification of cost save opportunities and disruptive tech
    • Vendor Management and governance for key IT vendors

    Stakeholder Management and Communications

    Prepare and communicate budgetary dashboards, dashboards for key fulfilment KPIs and variance analysis

    Departmental communication for management forums like board meetings, weekly leadership

    Compliance & Audit

    Strict Adherence to IRDAI regulations and internal guidelines

    Identification of potential regulatory outages and proactively managing the risks

    Team management

    Goal setting and monitoring for IT budgeting and planning team

    Performance monitoring, feedback and development

    Learning and retention of key talent
