Responsibilities

• Responsible inmanaging endtoend of a project within middle office scope acrosslocation
• Ability to design& implement governance and develop/drive deliverables &reports for projects /program office(PMO)
• Delegate authorityassign deliverables and hold project members accountable foroperations controls and deadlines relating to project workstreams
• Collaborate withglobal counterparts and local operational managers to ensure propercoverage of assignedtasks
• Budget planning andresource allocation for project workstreams
• Ensure the project isexecuted based upon the projectplan
• Control managementand escalations of all risks impacts and delays to theproject
• Accountable to feedall project stakeholders (Program Operations Client Managementetc.) and ensure the key and appropriate updates/issues areraised
• Undertake andmaintain Service Level Agreements for new global operating modelpost migration
• Support a high levelof organizational communication and corporate awareness concerningworkflow changes and future state of middle officeoperations
• Track and identifyproject needs from senior management and operational support teamsin order to meetobjectives
• Leading execution ofUAT phase tracking results Training plan parallel run and goliveetc.

Technical& BehaviouralCompetencies

• ProvenProject Management (PM) and Program Office (PMO) experiencedelivering results for over seven years ormore
• Strong negotiatingand leadership skills to influence senior management and drivechange management in order to meetdeadlines
• Demonstratedexperience in leading organizationaltransformation
• Willingness to act assubject matter expert on behalf of the business whenneeded
• Experience providingtrade support for listed securities exchange traded derivatives andOTC transactions
