- To develop all new toys required for the upcoming campaigns, this includes development of molds, plastic parts, paper parts, etc.
- To manage all the project deadlines without compromising on the quality of the product.
- To follow up with production of all the current campaign toys.
- Development of new toys: Need to co-ordinate with the marketing team in Italy, with suppliers & mold makers, give suggestions to improve the product quality, ease of manufacturing & reduce cost. Study & approve the mold designs. Attend mold trials & approve the same, co-ordinate with the design team in Italy for any modification proposals, artworks for all the accessories. Development of all the accessories for the toys.
- Project Management: Need to co-ordinate with the mold makers & the suppliers & make sure that the project is delivered on time, as the delay in the project will lead to delay in the launch of the new campaign. Maintain proper tracking of the project.
- Production: Need to co-ordinate with all the suppliers for the production of the current projects, check with the logistics team for the quantity requirements at each destination. Visit all suppliers frequently to check the production status & resolve any issues.
