    Role Description

    This is a full-time on-site role for an Export DGFT and Documentation professional. The role is based in Chandigarh, India. The Export DGFT and Documentation professional will be responsible for handling export documentation, coordinating with customers, managing export processes, and providing excellent customer service. The role requires strong communication skills and attention to detail. Main focus is also on the DGFT processes followed for application and redemption of advance licences and EPCG licences.

    Qualifications

    • Export Documentation and Communication skills
    • Experience in Export and Import Export processes
    • Strong customer service skills
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Attention to detail and organizational skills
    • Full Knowledge of DGFT regulations and documentation procedures
    • Experience in the manufacturing industry is a plus
    • Bachelor's degree in Business, International Trade, or related field
