As a Telecalling Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the telecalling team, ensuring targets are met, and maintaining high-quality service standards. This role requires effective communication, leadership skills, and the ability to mentor and guide the team to achieve their goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and manage a team of telecallers to achieve daily and monthly targets
Train and onboard new telecallers, providing them with the necessary skills and knowledge
Monitor calls and provide feedback for continuous improvement
Motivate and encourage team members to maintain high productivity and quality of service
Identify performance issues and implement corrective actions
Coordinate with other departments to resolve customer issues effectively
Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures
Requirements:
Education: 12th Standard / PUC
Experience: 0-1 year of experience preferred, but freshers with leadership potential are encouraged to apply
