    Qualification - Charted Accountant with 1st Attempt (Preferred) or 2nd Attempt

    Experience:

    10+ Years of Experience

    Exposure to the Fertilizer and Agro Input Industry is an added advantage. Alternatively, experience in FMCG or Cement industries is acceptable.

    Exposure to Sales accounting is a must.

    Experience in handling multiple products and businesses is preferred.

    Knowledge:

    Strong understanding of Accounting Practices

    Familiarity with Statutes and Government Policies

    Comprehensive understanding of Business Processes

    Knowledge of Market and Competitor Analysis

    Proficiency in SAP Framework

    Understanding of Company Goals and Policies

    Skills:

    Effective Receivables Management

    Efficient Payables Management

    Skillful Vendor Management

    Competent Dealer Management

    Proficiency in Analytics & Report Making

    Capability in Budgeting & Financial Planning
