    Job Title: eCommerce Specialist (Shopify)

    Overview:

    SIX5SIX, a dynamic and innovative sportswear brand, is seeking an experienced eCommerce Specialist with a proven track record in managing Shopify-based platforms. The ideal candidate will lead the development, management, and growth of our online retail platform, ensuring a seamless and exceptional online shopping experience.

    Responsibilities:

    1. Shopify Management:

    Utilize expertise in Shopify to manage and optimize the functionality of the eCommerce platform.

    Oversee day-to-day operations, including product uploads, front-end optimization and UX improvements.

    2. Ecommerce Strategy and Optimization:

    Develop and implement a comprehensive eCommerce strategy specific to the Shopify platform to drive online sales and enhance customer engagement.

    Regularly audit and optimize the Shopify website for improved user experience, site performance, and conversion rates.

    3. Digital Marketing:

    Lead digital marketing initiatives on Shopify, including email campaigns, paid advertising, and social media promotions to drive traffic and sales.

    Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling content for online channels.

    4. Data Analysis and Reporting:

    Analyze Shopify analytics and customer behavior to identify trends and areas for improvement.

    Generate regular reports to measure KPIs and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.

    5. Customer Relationship Management:

    Implement and manage customer retention strategies on Shopify, including loyalty programs and personalized marketing campaigns.

    Help the customer support team manage customer queries and best practices.

    6. Shopify Technology Management:

    Stay updated on the latest Shopify features and best practices, recommending and implementing improvements to enhance the online shopping experience.

    Qualifications:

    Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

    Proven experience in eCommerce management with a focus on Shopify, preferably in the retail or fashion industry.

    In-depth knowledge of Shopify platforms, website analytics, and digital marketing strategies.

    Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

    Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

    Familiarity with SEO best practices and online merchandising strategies.
