    BNC is hiring for manufacturing client for POM specialist role for Gurgaon location


    Responsibilities:

    PO Processing:

    • Identify and understand purchase requisition requirements and comparative statement.
    • Interpret documents pertaining to terms and conditions of trade from the comparative statement, other attached documents
    • Create/ Change POs in SAP on the basis of PR & comparative statement, by entering the details in SAP from CS, PR
    • Create POs of different categories like Raw materials, consumables, services, transport, CAPEX, spares & intercompany
    • Sending PO to vendors, and get the confirmation from the vendor, and sending the confirmation to the users.

    MIS reporting:

    • Extract the required data from SAP S4 HANA
    • Prepare the required reports from the data extracted, and share to the required stakeholders

    Query Handling:

    • Follow up on incomplete PR/ CS or any other documents with required stakeholders by email/ telephone and track the follow up process.
    • Handle queries from various stakeholders in the organization

    Quality Assurance & SLA Compliance:

    • Ensure high level of accuracy in PO processing.
    • Participate in process improvement initiatives to increase efficiency in PO processing
    • Adherence to process SLAs
    Teamwork & Communication

    • Ensure a 'customer centric' and 'partnership approach' to develop strong relationships with other working groups.
    • Effective communication of issues across the BSC and working groups
    Qualifications

    Minimum qualification:
    B. Tech in Ceramic engineering. Basic technical education would be an added advantage.

    2. 3-4 PQE experience in an industrial enterprise is must ( Specially from Refractory Industries )


    • Basic knowledge of refractory materials / Raw Material and competitors.
    • Knowledge of the internal core processes. (SAP S4-HANA). Shared Service Centre understanding. Operating in muti-cultural organization.
    • People and Project Management Skills
    • Must have expertise in SAP S4 Hana and MS-Office
    • Fluency in writing and speaking English; every additional language will be considered an asset.

    • Ability to identify and report areas of possible conflicts.
