- Strong technical knowledge in payment solutions, including B2B APIs, ATM and POS devices
- 2 - 4 years experience in providing technical support and troubleshooting
- Proficient in coordination and follow-up with API and service channel partners, Analysis data management/data sharing on a monthly & quarterly basis using Advanced Excel concepts & presentations
- Experience in a banking or financial services environment is a plus
- Bachelor's degree or Master's degree
