    Role Description

    This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Executive in Tech Service & Support. The Senior Executive will be responsible for providing technical support to clients, troubleshooting and resolving issues, and ensuring the smooth operation of payment solutions. They will also be involved in implementing and maintaining technology solutions, coordinating with internal teams and external vendors, and providing training and guidance to junior team members.

    Qualifications

    • Strong technical knowledge in payment solutions, including B2B APIs, ATM and POS devices
    • 2 - 4 years experience in providing technical support and troubleshooting
    • Proficient in coordination and follow-up with API and service channel partners, Analysis data management/data sharing on a monthly & quarterly basis using Advanced Excel concepts & presentations
    • Experience in a banking or financial services environment is a plus
    • Bachelor's degree or Master's degree
